Recently, I just joined TKD so that I can keep fit and get some tips on how to retire early. I am still waiting for the tips.

Yes. Contrary to what people think, Taekwondo is great sport for seniors. Learning the patterns helps with memory (keeping dementia at bay), the physical actions strengthens muscles and helps with balance (minimising fall risks). As long as the instructor is qualified, Taekwondo is a great sport for seniors.
